EMDR can be a beneficial therapy for addressing symptoms such as

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety

  • Panic

  • Depression

  • Disturbing Memories

  • Traumatic Stress

EMDR draws upon many of the recent developments in the neuro-sciences field, including the discovery of neuroplasticity, which emphasises the capacity of the brain to change and heal.

Since 2013, EMDR is promoted as the therapy of choice by the World Health Organisation (WHO) for the treatment of children and adults with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
