Clinical Supervision
For Mental Health First Aiders

Being a Mental Health First Aider means holding other people's distress - often unexpectedly, and often on top of your own day job. Without a space to process what you've heard and how it's landed, that weight builds up.
Clinical supervision for MHFAiders offers a confidential, structured space to debrief difficult conversations, check you're staying within the boundaries of the role, and look after your own wellbeing alongside the people you're supporting.
This isn't therapy, and it isn't retraining - it's dedicated support for people doing a demanding, often invisible job within their organisation. Sessions help MHFAiders recognise the limits of what they can and should hold, signpost appropriately rather than carry too much themselves, and sustain the role without burning out.
For organisations, it's also a meaningful part of demonstrating a genuine duty of care to the staff who've stepped into this position.
Available individually or as a group offering for organisations with multiple MHFAiders - get in touch to talk through what would suit your workplace.
