Seasons for Growth.

Seasons for Growth is an early intervention grief education programme aimed at helping children, young people and adults.

It is not counselling or therapy, but an evidence based practice support people in a group format who have experienced loss, such as,

  • Family Breakdown.

  • Bereavement.

  • Parental Stresses, e.g. unemployment, imprisonment.

  • Injury, disability or illness.

Seasons for Growth is a six-week programme, consisting of 1-2 hour small group sessions in a fun, interactive format.

CLIMB®

Childrens Lives Include Moments of Bravery. For children whose parents or family members are going through treatment for cancer. The Climb programme is set as an enjoyable, interactive experience, a space for kids together, meeting other children in similar situations. It offers a safe space to share their feelings.

Throughout the six-week programme children will develop an understanding of cancer, and myths and fears that children can hold about cancer will be dispelled. The group is based on having fun together and meeting new friends.

SibShop

For siblings who have a brother, sister or parents with a disability. Presented in a single, 2-3 hour workshop, as well as having lots of fun, it provides a great opportunity for siblings to get together and chat about some of the difficulties and the positives of having a brother, sister or family member with a disability.

Time For Me

A four-week support programme helping parents navigate the challenges of parenthood.

Gaining Confidence

A four-week programme to support teenagers to build resilience and gain insight and confidence as they navigate their journey to adulthood.
